A: Navels & Cara Cara's = 10-15 oranges in the single layer carton (approx. ship wt. 10 lbs.) Blood Oranges = 12-18 oranges in a single layer carton (approx. ship wt. 8 lbs.)
Q: What is the size of the oranges?
A: Size 72 (This stands for the number of fruit per 40-45 lb. carton).
Q: What is the weight of an orange?
A: Avg. weight per orange is 0.58 lb. (9.2 oz./orange).
Q: Is your fruit considered organic?
A: No. We utilize an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program.
Q: What is IPM?
A: IPM is a program in which we release predator pests to control unwanted pests. This program greatly reduces the use of pesticides. In fact, pesticides are only used when the unwanted pests are @ population levels that threaten the life of the tree itself. This program adds additional expenses but we believe it is money well spent. We think you will agree.
Q: Does TheOrangeStore.com accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We now accept American Express, Discover, Visa & Mastercard via our secure server. This server utilizies the state of the art in credit card encryption soft ware.
Q: How does the product guarantee work?
A: You will receive an invoice with each shipment. If you are dissatisfied for any reason just call us and let us know. The phone number is on the invoice. When we say guaranteed we mean it. You will receive your choice of product replacement or money back (less S&H).
